Halston’s first ready-to-wear line launched in the 1970s in the days of Studio 54 and friends included Bianca Jagger and Liza Minelli. It all started when Bergdorf Goodman's head Milliner, Halston, designed a hat for Jacqueline Kennedy, making Halston an instant fashion hit with the American public. He died in the 90s but the brand lives today stronger than ever. |
