    Try on a few dresses and choose. We refund you for anything that you don't wear. Just like all shops, the dresses are tagged. After your event, use the pre-paid label to send all your dresses back.

    At the checkout you will see 2 options. Standard delivery will be the week of your event. If you your occasion is over a month away and you want to try them on sooner, select the ADVANCE TRY ON option. You will receive them asap and we will re-deliver the chosen dress again for your event at no extra charge.

How does renting work?

Can I reserve a hat in advance of my event date? 
YES, you can place an order and reserve a hat for any future event date. There is a calendar on every product page. Include any further information in the notes box at the checkout - or reply to our email to confirm any delivery requests.

What is the refund policy for hat hire? 
As normal with all our headwear and accessories, we rent hats on a no refund basis.

All year round Race day ready! Most hats have a note to confirm they meet Royal Ascot, Royal Enclosure size requirements dress code.
