The standard procedure for every order is: You will try on your dresses when they arrive for the event.
You will be refunded for any / all which are not suitable. There is no fee for this.
OR
Opt for the 'Advance Try on' (£30) option: We send you the dresses 1 month before your event and we will re-deliver the chosen dress for the event date.
If you wish to request this, please proceed with your order normally and select the £30 TRY ON option at checkout.
Enter your event date into the calendar icon at checkout stage.
HOW DOES TRY ON IN ADVANCE OF YOUR EVENT WORK?
. You place the order and select 'Try on in Advance' (£30)
. We send you the dress/dresses as soon as there is an available slot
. You try them on and return to us from the Post Office.
. We reserve the chosen dress until your event delivery date
. We will refund you for the other items . If none of the dresses fit, we can either refund you minus delivery, or send you more dresses.
. Once payment has been made and the purchase process complete, we will be in touch to confirm whether a try on is indeed possible and when delivery will be.
PLEASE NOTE: ADVANCE TRY ON'S ARE OF COURSE ONLY POSSIBLE IF YOUR DRESSES HAVE AN AVAILABLE SLOT BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE.
