Girls night out look:
3.1 Phillip Lim Dress + Halston Clutch + Bex Rox Bracelet + Elvira Sazesh Earrings

I like the colour blocking look at the moment, it's very on trend and works really well with the orange and yellow colours of the dress and the bags. The fringing on the earrings emphasises the ruffles on the dress - making sure you are going to stand out in a crowd when on a girls night out on the town! I thought the bracelet was a lovely, quirky added touch which pulls the outfit altogether.		 Girls night out dresses


Party/Prom/Function:
Rouland Mouret Dress + Wilbur and Gussie Clutch + Blaguette Ring + Martine Wester Earings

I love the Roland Mouret dress, as it's quite neutral but inevitably very flattering. It's smart enough for a formal function but you are still guanteed to look amazing! The clutch adds spark to the outfit, through the pattern and the jewellery just adds glamour and sparkle to the outfit - what girl wouldn't want to add glamour and sparkle to an outfit through jewellery? Most girls who are using the site to shop for workwear are inevitably going to want something glamourous, gorgeous and flattering (otherwise they'd go for boring trouser suits at a high street chain) so I picked a bold but smart dress which I thought was perfect for glamming up meetings and the workplace.
