    Try on a few dresses and choose. We refund you for anything that you don't wear. Just like all shops, the dresses are tagged. After your event, use the pre-paid label to send all your dresses back.

    At the checkout you will see 2 options. Standard delivery will be the week of your event. If you your occasion is over a month away and you want to try them on sooner, select the ADVANCE TRY ON option. You will receive them asap and we will re-deliver the chosen dress again for your event at no extra charge.

How does renting work?

How do I ensure that I find a dress that fits? 

The Girl Meets Dress stylists are on hand to give advice by phone, email or live chat. Most dresses are a standard fit so the best thing to do is order your normal UK size. Ordering 2-3 dresses so you have back up options is always a good idea.

Can I receive a refund if the dress I order doesn't fit? 
Yes, once the dresses are back with us, we will process a refund for anything you haven't worn.

Can I get insurance on my dress? 
Yes, we have an optional insurance option to select at the checkout stage.
The charge is £7 and covers minor accidental damage such as a zip break or any normal stains.
